Administrative assistant

The Office of the Vicar for Clergy seeks a full-time administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the office. Knowledge, abilities, and skills required include a strong working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and databases. Additionally, this position requires an exemplary record of confidentiality, demonstrated diplomacy and excellent follow-up. The ability to work with diverse groups, a strong team player with demonstrated collaboration skills and a courteous and professional manner is necessary. The successful candidate must be able to interact with all levels of staff/clergy. This position will also be administrative support for International Priests in the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. A college degree or equivalent background, plus three or more years of experience is required. Prior experience working in a parish setting or the Pastoral Center is strongly preferred. After school care aide

Saint Mary’s Catholic School in Richmond, Virginia seeks a part-time After School Care aide from 2:30-5:30 daily. Athletic director

St. Gertrude High School seeks an Athletic Director who will set a vision and direction for the school’s athletic program, and effectively manage the Athletic Department in pursuit of those objectives within the context of an innovative, all-girls Catholic high school where scholarship, service and commitment to the Benedictine values of community, hospitality and stewardship are paramount. Nursery workers needed

St. Gabriel has three openings in their nursery with hours of 8:45 a.m. to the end of the 11:00 a.m. Mass on Sundays. There are also opportunities to work at other parish events as needed.
