Polish Fest 2016

St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 536 Homestead Road, Chesapeake, will hold its annual Polish Fest on Saturday, April 16 from 12 to 5 p.m. Join us for traditional Polish food, polka lessons, children’s activities, silent auction, pony rides and more! Free parking and admission.

Boys Choir Concert

Orchestral Mass

SDI Program Registration

The Valley Section of Spiritual Direction Institute is now accepting registrations for a 2-year program for spiritual direction, growth and development offered through Msgr. Chester P. Michael’s Open Door Ministries. Pancake Dinner

The Knights of Columbus of St. Edward Catholic Church, 2700 Dolfield Road, Richmond, will hold a Pancake Dinner on Wednesday, April 20, from 5 to 7 p.m. Dinner will be served in the Community Center. $5 for adults, $3 for children 5-12 years of age, children 4 and under eat free. $20 maximum cost per family. All proceeds will benefit funding of an ultrasound machine for a local women’s health facility.


Lasagna Dinner

St. Francis of Assisi Church, 15 Glenwood Dr., Rocky Mount, will hold a Lasagna Dinner Fundraiser on April 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. The menu consists of homemade Lasagna, salad, freshly baked bread and homemade cannoli. Spring Craft Show

Church of the Ascension, at 4853 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach, will be hosting their Spring Craft Show and Plant Sale on Saturday, April 23, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday, April 24, from 9 am to 1 p.m. in the Community Center.


Annual Stingray Run

St. John the Apostle Catholic School’s annual Stingray Run at Sandbridge Island Restaurant is May 14th. The Stingray Run is becoming one of the top races in Tidewater. Join us for family fun and fellowship as you race along the beautiful Sandbridge, Virginia Beach coastline. Early bird registration deadline is April 22nd.
